Dorries/Johnson need to apply to the Chancellor of the Exchequer for one of the Crown roles. Until that is granted, they’re still an MP. It’s not clear how automatic the process is. I’m pondering if they could be a bit slow in granting it, so that the report on him can be debated in Parliament. |
