A rail version of the M6 toll sounds great though! What it will actually be (if it ever actually happens) is just like every other overcrowded, slow, faulty railway in the country. Just even more expensive.

I'm not going to watch almost 40 minutes of that, but the YouTuber seems a bit of prick. Sounds perfectly reasonable to me for someone to say they don't want their image used. Certainly sounds like something I should be able to control myself in a "free country".
What are the actual rules around that? I'm sure you do need to have consent from people to use their image in some video or photographic material, but no idea if that extends to YouTube/streaming videos (if you aren't, that basically means live streaming anything in a public space is impossible).

He came across quite calm I thought, in the face of passive aggressive behaviour (certainly by the chap with them, repeating the same thing over and over and then losing it and shouting).
Anyway, he didn't break any laws (which was the original point I was replying to) and they could have moved on.

Yeah he does seem to be enjoying it a bit much.
Reminded me of a JagoHazzard video I watched the other day, he mostly does weird little youtube things on the history of the Tube. Explaining his filming process, mostly that he goes out of his way to do it outside of rush hour. But also if people politely ask him to not include them he just goes "Yeah sure" and waits for them to leave. Nothing to do with his legal right; just considered it polite to say yes and didn't want to be permanently getting into arguments with strangers.
