I actually thought it was decent enough to play and a nice looking game. The writing was absolutely awful though, it's like it was someone's school project 😂 It really was, all these names of places, characters etc and then for magic, the primary driving force of this world, it's just red magic, green magic, blue magic. The story is also the most obvious allegory for 'climate change is bad' I've seen in a while.

The doctor, nurse chapel, the Lower Decks crossover even the musical episode It’s around number three in my all time trek ranking. Discovery is last.

Here are the platform-specific pages for Prime Day 2024:
The best PS5 game deals I've seen so far:
- Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance for £34.99 - Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown for £22.99 - Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for £49.99 - Lords of the Fallen (2023) for £18.99 - Lies of P for £33.10
No sign of Rise of the Ronin joining the party as yet, much to my chagrin!

Keep an eye out on Game Collection ebay, as I suspect they'll price match and you can get 15% off atm with code SIZZLE15.

That is a great price on the Q3 - best I've seen by £50 or so. I'd recommend spending the money saved on this head strap: www.bobovr.com/products/s3-pro (on Amazon for £90 today (normally £110), or £60 direct from BoboVR) Totally resolves the two main complaints, which combine to limit play sessions: battery life and comfort. Generally rated as the best strap on the market and I love mine, which I bought direct from BoboVR.

Not a bargain as such (although if it's as good as all the blatantly paid for and sponsored reviews suggest it is, it will be), but a shout out to Amazon. Yes they might be scum of the earth but when I discovered at 1am this morning that someone had spilt orange juice on my controller and fucked the Y button I got my ordering hat on and a new one will be here in the next couple of hours. That might not be all that impressive for you highfalutin city folk, but for us who live out in the wilds of Cornwall it's pretty damn good.

I think that was a fucking cheek. Here is our super complete contains everything more expensive version of Inquisitor. Oh and here's a new class that will cost you another wad of cash.

Subjectively speaking I really don't get the model, but apparently the only worthwhile DLCs are basically Prophecy (the expansion) and the Sororitas class. Everything else seems pointless to me.

how do we like inquisitor btw? I'm partial to the occasional arpg, the setting, and it looks like it'll run on the potato. On the other hand I see mostly apathetic reviews

It’s a decent enough game. What really stinks is how much they still charge to upgrade to the ps5 version even if you’ve bought everything for ps4. Fuck that, you predatory twats.

I thought Inquisitor: Martyr was a kind of graphic novel. Stupid 40k video game names.
An ARPG actually sounds like a good fit for 40k. They always nickel and dime you on the characters though.

The thing with Inquisitor Martyr is that the characters all have their own voice acting for the campaign, which is why the one from the Prophecy campaign can't be used. 14,99 € is still clearly overpriced though.
Overall it was quite fun. The moment-to-moment carnage especially was more enjoyable than some other ARPGs.

Markus IKEA office chair £125, was £150. May need to have the IKEA family card/app.
A replacement for my previous chair that cost a lot more than this one from a place called Housing Units but it's become very tatty over the years.
This new one though, so far feels great.

I've had a Markus since start of lockdown. Very good for the price. Would be nice if the armrests were adjustable and a bit more ergonomic, but otherwise it's very good.
