I'm pretty sure that hand belongs to Barry "handjob" Bryson.
Best fiver I ever spent and I'm delighted he used it to buy an Xbox pad.

What game is that? Also, weird question, but did you ever work in Leamington spa around 2003/4? Yeah, Salt & Sacrifice as Wunty says.
No, I have never worked in Leamington Spa, I'm afraid!

Ha, no it's ok.
For context, I used to work with a guy who went by the same nickname (not in some weird hand massage parlor). Last we spoke years ago he'd moved to Ireland, so when you said where you lived and your username I just wondered.
It was ironically nothing to do with hands, but I really hope it gets inducted into the hallowed halls of EG/FGs posts of legend, along with; Sausage flasks, technogel, dogfaced knight adventures and chair shitting...

Barry "handjob" Bryson definitely deserves it though.
Top guy. Or bottom. Whatever your preference really.

It was ironic that Barry even got that nickname, he was far better with his mouth. Real nice tongue action.

Not working now anyway, for me anyway. This is still working, just bought one with the code for collection.

No idea if this applies to everything/everyone but I had an Xbox controller in my Currys basket last week I ended up not buying, a few days later I got an email through with a 5% off anything code as an enticement.

If you're on PC the Yogscast Jingle Jam for this year is a shed load (85+) of games for a minimum of $35 for charity. Never heard of half of them, but there are a decent number of familiar ones in there. jinglejam.tiltify.com/

Help me out here, guys. Horizon Zero Dawn is currently £13.19 on Steam, but only for another 6 hours. Never played it, and I'm seriously tempted, but I already have far too many games without enough time to play them, and I doubt I have room in my life for another open world. And yet... it's mega cheap. Almost rude not to.

If you like open world games and removing icons from the map one at a time go for it - it's a very good version of that.

Fair comment. I don't like to use CDkeys except occasionally, but the fact that it is available there for even less is probably enough to stop me from buying a game I won't be able to play right now. Cheers!
May pop it on the wishlist and see what happens to the price in future.
AC Valhalla is also on for about £16, but I currently have Odyssey to play on my Steam Deck, so that's easier to resist!

If you like open world games and removing icons from the map one at a time go for it - it's a very good version of that. Or do what I did and remove, minimap, compass, icons. Health bar and weapons on dynamic. Makes for a much more organic and enjoyable game.

I tend to avoid cdkeys too, but it goes on sale pretty regularly and has been dropping a little in price each time. You could grab it now and add it to your backlog, or grab it later in one of the other hundred sales per year. But I wouldn't grab it just because you're worried about missing out. isthereanydeal.com/game/horizonzerodawncompleteedition/history/

CDKeys does appear to have cleaned up its act in the last four years or so. It’s not dodgy at all as far as I’m aware?

Use cdkeys all the time for psn credit and never had a single issue. If that helps?

Aye, I've used CDKeys for years and only had one issue (which they rectified straight away).

Same here, used them for years and no troubles the purchase or with stuff disappearing. Buying thousands of keys with stolen credit cards and reselling seems more common on the other types like gamivo who have 3rd party sellers.

I used CDKeys for a long time without trouble, but then they sold me two used 3-months Game Pass codes and refused to refund one of them. I have pretty much avoided them since.
That was a long time ago, though. I did hear they got better. Maybe I'll try to buy something again in the future.

I loved it, easily a 9 out of 10 for me, but I think some people might bounce off it I got it for £8 complete edition ages ago though so actually had low expectations going in. I didn’t like the combat initially, but once I had the right loadout it became amazing

Personally, my issue with cdkeys is more about supporting the developers. Not that I haven't considered using them from time to time.
