I'm in. I'd be tempted with the 1 punch man routine, but 10km a day is taking the piss during the working week.

Ok I'm gonna have a crack at this alongside my daily 5k run. Half a punch man? Definitely doing the left column though.

I'm going to do a combo of the push up challenge plus one punch man thing. 10K run is a bit much but 5k is doable. I'm also adding in pull ups. I'll repeat day 1 the following day, then day 2 repeated the following day, and so on.
So this morning:
Right column: push ups, sit ups, squats Middle column: Pull ups 5k run
Wasn't too bad tbh. Although the pull ups really hurt my bruised ribs hence middle column rather than right column

That one punch man thing is no joke. Ran 5k to the gym, did 100 push ups, sit ups, squats (with 34kg dumbbell. Box squats), 10 sets of 10 reps each. Quite fucked now, absolutely not running 5k back home. I’ll have to walk it and just be late for work

Day 2 done (just). By the fifth set my arms are a twitching shaking mess and the last few are not good form

Column 3 day 1. It’s only a matter of time before I knock down the difficulty setting, but let’s see how long I can’t hold that off for.
(Week 2 I suspect)

Pretty tough going but not horrendous yet.
Don't know whether to do all days in a row or spread them for a rest day.

Keep it Monday, Wednesday, Friday it’s much easier to remember that way plus rest days will be important further down the road I would think.
Plus you get the weekend off!

I was so extremely shit at the initial test that it's scary. Needless to say I'll be starting with column 1.
In other news, can someone help me move this toothpick?

This thing is going to be the death of me.
Week 2, day 2, right column / one punch man hybrid
- push ups as per the table, superset with sit ups and 36kg dumbbell box squats (same number as push ups each)
Then the same numbers of pull ups but on the assisted pull up machine, so I was lifting about 2/3rds of my weight. So fucking difficult.

Week 1 done.
The rest days make it much more bareable than the previous one we did.

Week 2 done and dusted. Finding my rhythm. I was awful the first few days but between this and being back in the gym 3-4 times a week I am feeling stronger than I thought. Now if only I could stop eating every bit of shit in the house.

Started off a bit half arsed with my already half arsed version of the one punch thing with rest days and without any running (I decided to call it "one paunch") GF's mother was coming over one day to help with gardening and I didn't want to open the door a dripping panting mess (well, more than usual), then the bank holiday weekend came and a friend stayed over so I couldn't really start again on Monday, then I just couldn't even be bothered making up excuses for the rest of the week.
Started back on it this week though and feel great (although a bit wobbly going down the stairs thanks to the squats). Tracking it in a google sheet that I've already populated with dates/formulas for the next few months. First day was 36.67% of my total goal and I'm up to 45% now.
As a side note, my resting heart rate has gone from the high 80s (stressful job + environment), to the low 70s and is still going down. Extremely happy with that and wish I'd quit and moved sooner!

Week 2 - day 2 was damn tough but not sure if that's because I was just totally knackered when I got to it at the end of the day.
Guess I'll find out today when I hit W2D3

Restarted week 1 because of reasons which are really me missing day 3.
Oh well.

Struggled with week 3 day 3, don't know if it was just an off day but couldn't finish the final 21+ set. Hit jelly arms about 16/17.
I'm going to repeat week 3 as I don't feel ready to move on just yet.
