Fucking hell. Pretty drastic after 30 days even.
Think I'll be joining in on this as I've been utterly shit at getting any kind of exercise since the pandemic started. It used to be a 15 min walk to work that I powered through in 10 and a four story house so lots of stairs, but now I pretty much move from couch to office chair.

Well I managed 40 push ups, 50 squats and 20 sit ups... Think I might need to do those puny little ab crunch sit ups instead of the full thing. Not going to do the running part, and going to leave a rest day in between instead of doing it every day... Will see how far I manage to get.
I had to lie down for a minute after that!

Do as many push ups as you can. That will determine where you start the programme.
If you managed 5 or less pushups in the test, Column 1.
If you completed between 6 and 10 pushups, Column 2
Between 11 and 20 consecutive pushups? Column 3
More than 20 pushups? Start on week 3
