Epic's winter sale looks like it's begun. BloonsTD 6 (tower defence type thing) today with another dropping tomorrow. I assume they'll be one a day in the run up to chrimbo or new year.
The coupon is back, but it's a 25% off one rather than a tenner which is a shame as I was hoping to pick up Tony Hawks for a cheapskate price.

Aye, fingers crossed. Can't help wonder how much money they're still handing out to maintain all these freebies. I wish they'd add a gifting option to purchases - I would have thought it might have a been a source of some extra revenue pre-christmas/holidays.
I wonder if the goblet icon on tomorrow's panel is a clue?

What did you make of the game otherwise? I like the look of the art style. Didn't get very far, but it's basically an exploration sandbox without combat. You can meet people and complete quests for them. Didn't seem too bad, but I prefer more exciting stuff. Could see it being very relaxing if you like the kind of game though. |

Well I didn't see any of that. For some reason it originally defaulted to 4K max quality and full RT (even though I don't have a RT card), I turned RT off and kept lowering settings to medium at 1080p and it was still wrecking my GPU before just crashing. By far the most demanding game I've ever had installed.
After that it wouldn't even start anymore, I tried its own launcher with DX11 mode and "Classic Mode" and whatever but nothing worked anymore, it was dead, even after reboot. Gave up and uninstalled.
