Yes, pretty excellent show.
I found the film very endearing and strangely heart warming, the series is different but still hits some good notes. I'm upto the start of series/season 2 right now and am just pleasure delaying the watching of it so am glad to see/hear of another series.

The movie has a kind of dry, deadpan Kiwi humour that the show lacks. But the show has Matt Berry and Colin Robinson, so... they're basically even?

Thought the Jackie Daytona episode was the worst one personally. As much as I love Matt Berry, it felt TOO Matt Berry and out of place in this.

The central plot of each episode from the second season on has been somewhat lacking, to say the least. That whole cloak thing in this second ep was just pathetic. It's real lynchpin is the interactions with people and each other, but even that has become a bit stale. That isn't to say it won't have a gem episode or two, but it's not exactly the slam dunk everyone's making it out to be. Most of the show is weak.
