Mother would sometimes make me shave her back.

Never been a big fan of war
It seems that most of the people dying in wars are the working class / poor
The cynic in me would probably say that they are more about rich people getting richer than fighting for our freedoms

Father once caught me smelling mothers panties. He made me eat the full drawer full as punishment. It was the greatest Wednesday afternoon of my life.

Maybe, but I just don’t like people dying needlessly to benefit others

No, but my father-in-law was and my brother-in-law currently is, as well as knowing a few vets. All I can say is that being a member of the military seems to make people the biggest egotists known to man. I get it, it's an important job, but not everything revolves around the fucking military, at the expense of everything else.

I was in quite a few years. I left in the end as I didn't agree with being dragged into conflicts which seemed to be more for the benefit of oil companies than the UK. Can't recall being an egotistical so and so, but then I probably wasn't the typical forces guy. 4 months in the Falkland Islands (a dump) with some utter animals was another nail in the coffin for me as was working for an OU degree in computer programming and then being posted to work on radars.
I wouldn't recommend it as a job these days. Not unless you can get something out of it like an education.

I used to be but I left in disgrace. Afterwards I used to hang out with a few of the guys I’d been in with. One was obsessed with gold jewellery, another one was crazy, there were a couple of others too. We were a great little team.

I had a tour in Nam.
I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn’t find one of ’em, not one stinkin’ dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like … victory.
