Four wins in a row against the Auld Enemy, and deservedly so.
England weren't abysmal, but they botched the basics far too often; Scotland weren't outstanding, but they were certainly the better team.

Was kinda messy from both sides at times. But Scotland's backs were just ruthless when there was broken field. The Jones, Tuipulotu, Russell triangle is just too good. Also Redpath was great when filling in.
But also fuck our forwards had dicks for fingers today. I want to see Andy Christie more.

Solid gold from Bortho in the debrief, he’s disappointed because “we wanted to win and we didn't”.

"So why didn't you win, Steve?"
"They scored more points than us - simple as that, really."
"Mm-hm. And what will you do differently next time?"
"Try to score more points than them, I s'pose."
I'm as glad as anyone to be done with the soap opera melodrama of the Eddie Jones era, but Jesus fucking Christ - Borthwick's a total personality vacuum.

Bugger. I went 11-15 Scotland.
England played well for about 30 mins but sadly thay was the first 20 and then 10 mins in the 2nd half. Gifted the game but Scotland were clearly the better side.

They're still quite one dimensional just hitting up big lads, get Ford to kick some points when everyone gets bored of defending the obvious.
That semi final flattered to deceive as it was pissing it down with rain.

Definitely missed that 10 in the second half. 20 tackles missed, 22 turnovers conceded, 11 knock ons. Scotland missed a bunch of tackles too but you don't win with stats like that. It's time we sent Borthers off to either Wales to transform them like Farrell did Ireland, or the fecking Glue Factory. Tired of being disappointed every game. Fuck knows who we replace him with though.

France vs. Italy isn't quite following the script - France are only up by seven points, and they'll be down to 14 men for the entire second half.

FFS, Italy!
I feel for the kicker, but Italy should be able to beat any other 6N team that's down to 14 for 40 minutes.

Fuck. That's a massive hole to plug.
Bagsy Seb Atkinson. He'll never get picked for England playing at Glos anyway. Hopefully Anyanwu comes good as well but he's still in metaphorical nappies

Six Nations 2024: England need Ireland to go down to '14 or 13 players' to win - Jamie Heaslip
I actually think Heaslip's being charitable - Ireland could go down by 14 or 13 players, and England still wouldn't win.

Glad to see Dombrandt back in the matchday squad.
Also pleased to see Furbank retain his starting position at 15, and Feyi-Waboso start in place of Daly.
Still think it'll be a pretty easy win for Ireland, though.

The England U20 pack look like absolute quality at scrum.

Italy 16-22 Scotland, with half the game played - closer than I'd expected, especially with Scotland having scored three tries to Italy's one.
