Return Williams to their former glories, it could be a pet project he does between picking up his unemployment benefit.
Logan Sargeant WORLD CHAMPION!

Yeah that would be my dream. I'd love to see him back at Williams. He's only realistically got one regulation cycle left in him so wherever is next is surely the last one.
It's Friday so let's rank the semi-realistic options:
Williams (preferably also bringing back a blue/yellow/white paint job and sticking in a British driver like Bearman alongside Albon). McLaren (Newey taking Macca back to the top would be almost as good) Alpine (those engines and Alpine's general management chaos should contain his genius nicely) Ferrari (fun, but not higher because they have the resources to totally dominate once they crack it, just as Red Bull have) Audi (higher if Carlos goes there - decent narrative) Merc (same issue as Ferrari and less interesting) Aston Martin (it's a one car team)
TLDR - I'm going to be very disappointed when he inevitably accepts a huge bag of Stroll money to move just down the road or stays put.

I've seen a few places suggest he's got a fairly hefty non-compete which will place him on gardening leave for a while. I wonder if he'll just fuck off the circus and retire altogether.
A lot is riding on getting the engine right for the next set of regs so you would think he'd be most effective at Merc and possibly Ferrari. I'd love to see him go to McLaren but that's just based on my own bias.

Can't help but pleased for the Hulk. Always seemed like a good bloke and talented driver, plus he's having a great season.
Not sure he's definitively better than Bottas though. Harsh on Valtteri if he's punted once this all shakes out. He proved at Merc he's a solid tier 2 driver, which Hulk never really has (albeit he's never had an opportunity in a decent car).

Ferrari are really cock teasing a blue car for Miami. It's going to be a real letdown when they trot out with a little stripe along the engine cover.

Is this to tie in with the HP sponsorship?

Dunno, had more personality in the car than some of the drivers

I can see why it has value as an engineering exercise but as a spectator sport, it's got no chance.
We can watch AI race each other whenever we want already on any racing game.
Not sure what the plans are but I guess as an annual event with a big cash prize it might have a certain curiosity factor that makes people tune in. If it helps make road cars safer faster it certainly has a place.
For entertainment purposes, it doesn't really matter how good they get, there will no be no moment to moment human decision making and execution so it can never be truly engaging.
One further thought, AI will eventually beat human F1 drivers and open a huge new avenue for cheating. Maybe this will be the thing that forces the sport to return to more analogue systems to survive. Might actually be a good thing.

I think I'd tune in just for the carnage, when they get them operating at full speed. Theoretically they should be able to literally max out the cars in all modes and you might actually see some entertaining wheel-to-wheel racing.
But in reality we'll all just be tuning in for the crashes. No humans = basically Robot Wars going into Turn 1.

It would likely become a betting thing. Like horse racing, but with AI cars. That’ll be the justification of it and it’ll be cheaper than spending millions hiring drivers. If they don’t all crash into each other, obviously.

Cyborg drivers grafted into the car. AI can be injected to increase performance, but as the level increases so does the cyberneural torture for the drivers. When a drivers' psyche finally breaks apart they get an extra set of soft tyres.

AI studies every Senna race. Becomes the ultimate driver. Beats every human. Beautiful.

Newey confirmed to be leaving first quarter of 2025. Still going to be completing the hypercar project though. So realistically if he were to join another F1 team that would be 2026, looking at least 3 years before a new Newey car on the grid.

Max to Merc in 2026 seems to be a rumour that won't go away as well. Horner in shambles.

Max to Merc would be very interesting. I'd back Russell to make life seriously uncomfortable. Especially if they won't let him bring his dad.

30 years since Senna died. Crazy. I can still picture watching it in our living room. Same. Despite the fact that RR had died the day before and the evidence of how serious it was was right in front of my eyes and in the tones of Murray Walker, I was in the sort of complete denial that only a 9 year old watching his hero can maintain. In hindsight it's obvious my dad realised and was struggling to handle both his own emotions and my reaction. I can still hear myself being hugely positive that he'd be fine and dad gently trying to let me down. I think the news came through he'd gone was when we were sitting down for dinner and we just ate in stunned silence. Honestly in our family, Senna was a bigger shock than Diana.

I was a fair bit older, but no less gutted.
Affected me for weeks, which is crazy considering I only ever "knew" him through a TV screen.
Stupid to say, but never considered he would die in F1 race such was his mastery of the car.
