Incidentally that's probably one of the reasons I only really care about combat sports. I find the psychological aspect pretty fascinating and have massive respect for the cahonas on these people.

I’m willing to put it down to exhaustion and frustration. It’s all down to him to figure out what to do next. Take a good long break and see how things pan out. I’d love to see a comeback but it shouldn’t be rushed.

I can't decide on which bit was worse. When he patronised him with the hip hip horay, or when he called it a civil war and tried to come across as some intellectual but fucked it.

Had a suspicion it might go the way it did. Haven't watched it yet but Joyce always seems to be able to absorb every punch that comes his way easily. I wonder how long that will last him through his career though.

Both great Fighters but Joyce soaked up a lot of punches. Especially the overhand rights.
Surprised Parker was so heavy for the fight, not sure it suited his style.
Joyce v Ursyk would be a pretty good fight.

What a mess this has all been. I do like Benn but I can't say I'm surprised about this. He always came across as a bit too intense and he's bulked up a lot over the last few fights.
Eddie is taking Ls left right and centre at the moment. Losing purse bids, AJ and Canelo losing, joe Cordina stripped, buatsi losing his final eliminator (all because Pascal wouldn't enrol with Vada. Lol) position.
Someone keep fast car Eddie in their thoughts
