Coming to Xbox and PC sometime this year.
The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the trailers for this was "If there was a Zelda set in the modern world, this is what it would look like."
It's got:
25 dungeons!
Magical hoverboarding!
Gelatinous cubes!
And that art style!
I like the "Ski shop that has branched out into weaponry" aesthetic of your equipment.
Wishlisted immediately.

Looks really good, I love the animation and art style. I'll be watching this now.

Demo was really fun. If you miss the older 3D Zelda games, this could be for you.
The hoverboard is really smooth, plays really well.
The dungeon in the demo fucks with gravity in a Mario Galaxy kind of way.
The combat is maybe the weakest part so far, although I'm hoping for an upgraded dodge mechanic in the full game that would sort out what I didn't feel was quite right about it. The spin attack was nice.
After the dungeon bit ended and I got into the town, I met an "influencer" character who deserves to have his stupid fucking comedy glasses punched so far into his face that they burst out the back of his skull.
Looking forward to full game now.

Yeah really enjoyed it too. It's very "old skool" with it's design, but that's weirdly kind of refreshing. It's a bit clunky too, but nothing terrible.
Really enjoyed persona-esque socialising and dungeon. The puzzles were fun and the dungeon reminded me alot of galaxy or psychonauts.
Art style is really good as promised from the trailers. Definitely on my want list now.

Out now.
Launch trailer:
I am absolutely loving this so far.
It scratches that old-school Zelda itch for dungeons with puzzles, but they aren't too long (so far anyway, I've only done four beginner level ones).
The town itself is cozy and the art style is gorgeous. I took the third day off from dungeoneering and sat at a viewpoint up on a mountain where my relaxation and health levels increased as a result.
Went into town on another day after clearing a dungeon and made friends with an eccentric old woman who then handed me twenty grand.

Never heard of this, but that 3rd gif in the first post looks very Monument Valley... which is a good thing.

Is this where the recent post in the Dogs! A thread thread came from?

Is this where the recent post in the Dogs! A thread thread came from? It is. You can give the little guy a name, from a big old list of potential ones. I went with "Mr Paws"

I clumsily made a duplicate thread of this and now like a twat, k can't delete it. Sorry!
But yeah, just completed the first dungeon and got my first magic upgrade.
It's quite different but if you like the style it's quite easy to get settled with it.
Fun so far.
Forgot to check if it has multilayer. Probably not.

I'm on Day 13 and in the middle of my 9th dungeon.
Seen a few reviews that complained about there being no visible difference in equipped items, but that's not actually true, as the sword model does actually change shape. It's the only thing that does though, and the scabbard doesn't change so you will only notice when you've got it unholstered.
Choosing who to talk to in the evenings and what upgrades to secure from them is quite more-ish. Do you befriend the one that will allow you to unlock chests, or do you talk to the one who will extend your magic meter a little more?
The charm shrinking mechanic is brilliant.
If I have a criticism of the game so far, it's that it allows you to use healing potions while at full health and thus waste them, so if like me you occasionally have a brain fart and confuse the left and right trigger buttons on the pad, you can accidentally burn through several potions until you realise.

Done about 17/18 dungeons and some are good and some have obtuse puzzle later on but found a YT playthrough. The dungeons kept me playing it as the social links are terrible and so all the characters. Also I don't like if you go near a edge of platform etc you go flying off. the combat is basic, I did read some reviewing praising it and calling it "crunchy"
I think its sort of game you get a month of gamepass to play then once complete, you don't want to play again

This is my next game to play which I will start tomorrow.
If you have an Xbox, you can visit the Xbox Icelandic store and pick it up for about £15.85 without the need for a VPN! That's what I did.
I love the art style and very much looking forward to jumping in. Glad people are mostly enjoying it.

This is what I enjoyed about Persona without all the waifu nonsense. Really good game.

My main criticism is that it should have a jump rather than randomly launching you off edges. It's stitched me up a few times so far.
