I didn't even realise this thread was here. I'm still looking forward to it, I love the Pillars games. Though I could play them on Linux... Which I assume is now off the cards.
Don't remember if Outer Worlds had a build mind.

Its so funny they think charging £90 for the premium edition is a good move, it really has "play it on gamepass written all over it"
Pay £90 to play it early to have broken quests and usual janky glitches

Yeah, think I'm good, thanks. I was part of the problem with Diablo but that's the last time I'm paying extra just to play before the day 0 patch drops.

I feel like we're not far off a future of something approaching a month's early access and I feel like GTA6 is going to be that catalyst of what's acceptable.

With GTA6, you can bet the publisher are going to take full advantage of "premium edition" tier and early access to the game. They could do £200 edition with some shark card crap and special exclusive car with a week or 2 early access and it will sell. Then when other publishers try to copy it.
You know the publisher execs are getting their next yacht ready to buy
