Vince has always been this way. Trump as a wrestling promoter basically, no wonder the two of them get on so well. Goldust, Bad News Brown, Koko B Ware, Papa Shango, the "divas" era, Kamala - it's quite a list.

I know all wrestling is super racist but finding out Kamala wasn’t a Vince creation was a genuine shock. He must have done Saba Simba to make sure he wasn’t out of the conversation. Punk basically worth 50M to AEW. Pretty much the only reason AEW got the new Saturday show. Dark has been cancelled.

Yeah Kamala was from the territory days. Dressing Tony Atlas as Saba Simba was Vince.
Mohammed Hassan’s banaclava sympathisers were the closest to the bone WWE went IMO. When the advertisers threaten to pull out of something they know full well is trashy you know it’s bad.

Well not to defend Vince but it seems none of these suggestions came from him. And they all got shot down. Only the bounty hunter gimmick made it to testing at house shows but he wasn't capturing anyone at that point.
These 2 look so upset that Punk is coming back.

One story that I did hear that came from Vince was when bookers were finally planning on giving Christian a push.
Vince was reticent, saying he just didn’t like his “ratty” face, and mooted the idea that his face would have a blue dot superimposed over it during matches. The idea never made it to TV, but apparently got quite far along in the process.
Apparently it was the same meeting they came up with the Spirit Squad, so Vince was on fire during that time, clearly.

Yeah he never rated Christian for some reason and he only got that first and very short heavyweight title reign because Edge pushed very hard for it when he had to retire.

Christian was so good in that summer as well. Very under appreciated wrestler.
I’ve seen the blue dot story in a few places as well so sounds like it has merit.
I’m guessing Vince didn’t like how skinny he looks but he’s always been a great performer.

Fyre and Dawn are going to do so well on SD. Good they have Indi the title before moving her to Raw.
Though just perhaps.... the plan is for Jey to end Roman?
I just hope they aren't actually planning doing another year's build up for Cody vs Roman II

I think I'd assume it was a hard hitting print from a DV charity. Not something I'd buy.
Discussion reminds me of a mate from school who went on holiday to Saudi or somewhere in about 2003 and came home with an Osama Bin Laden t shirt that had the burning World Trade Center towers as the back print. Definitely one of the more edgy shirts I've seen along with some particularly choice death metal ones.

You’d really have to explain the context to everyone you’d meet, and even then they would probably say it’s in bad taste.
The thing that made Becky Lynch’s busted nose image iconic was that she looked like an absolute warrior. This shirt really looks like you’re just wearing a picture of a beaten woman.
