It's never going to end well. But why wouldn't you just use Punk as leverage to make ROH the Saturday show rather than it being on a streaming service? I think that's what TK was hoping for when he acquired ROH bit it just has no brand recognition next to AEW. |

Riddle could definitely do with different ring gear but it also works with the character.

There is something very Party Boy about Riddle’s look. I’m kind of surprised he’s still with the company, given how good he is at getting backstage heat. Hopefully splitting with his dickhead wife will have helped. Yeah the big beef he had was Becky and Seth(hence Seth being Eliminated right away a couple years back at Survivor) which got sorted once he was able to actually get Seth face to face and show that the comments came from he's then wife. Him and Goldberg have heat but I doubt anyone really cared as it's Goldberg. Brock didn't like him talking about him in interviews(basically trying to get himself in a story with Brock). And I read from an interview Riddle did that Roman had issues with him(same reason as Brock?) which he tried to fix but then Randy stepped in and said let me sort it only for that not to work. But they have worked since then so possibly sorted. Still funny that he suddenly started getting a big push on the main roster due to a botched backstage segment which Vince ended up loving. |

If they booked Riddle vs Brock “hey, they both did mma” I get the feeling it would be like Brock Kofi and Brock Ricochet. Minimal effort from Brock and maximum shoot hurt for the victim.

Its a shame we never got anything properly meaningful between Brock and Samoa Joe or Keith Lee. If they could’ve stayed fit we could have had some real monster brawls not just the Vince fantasy of Omos Lesnar.

Always happened when they started giving him a main event push. If not for covid Lee probably would have been given a monster run. Hasn't been booked well since NXT |

Last night's Dynamite might have been attended by one of the quietest audiences they've had, except for when Britt was on screen. The matches I thought were pretty good but nothing was getting the fans involved much, the flat opening promo might have to carry some of the blame for that.
A ridiculous mid-air destroyer in the main event barely got a reaction, just weird

That was nearly 2 years ago in Pittsburg, the difference in the crowd then and the crowd last week is night and day (rest of match is fantastic btw).

Raw finally getting its own belt back!(cause i don't see Roman being moved to Raw)
Punk was backstage at Raw for a bit as well. Was eventually asked to leave by Vince, likely due to finding out he hadn't made Khan aware in advance.

Yeah I like the design. NXTUK definitely had the best belt designs in recent years for me.
New belt is definitely better than having big Ws on them.

They’re planning on doing a formal brand split again so he’ll have to give up one of the titles eventually. This is the replacement for whichever its going to be.
Which seems like a bit of disappointing way to end his multi-year dominance but I guess with Cody’s injury killing his momentum last year there wasn’t anyone in place to do it at Mania and you couldn’t squeak it out anywhere less than that now.

It's basically what they did before with the WWE and WCW world heavyweight titles.

This is so weird when any other angle is better to end his reign. I wonder if this will be built into Reigns storyline because it doesn't make any sense to me. This looks like the equivalent of the AEW international champ belt.
