Benoit was a beast, but yeah, tragic how it ended.

I’m not a big follower of AEW so I don’t know what Darby’s been saying in promos or on twitter or whatever. But isn’t his whole backstory that he himself WAS homeless prior to finding wrestling?
Not saying that’d give him carte blanche to trash homeless folk, just that he himself lived it and would be more understanding and sympathetic to that life.

I loved Benoit up until the murder suicide (ending to WM20 one of the greatest wrestling moments).
Darby seems to have some baggage. Know he was accused of domestic violence but not sure about being homeless.

The Shelton Benjamin v Shawn Michaels matches on Raw were amazing. Shelton was seemed a dead cert for world champion back then.

No longer just a here's some jobbers wrestling feel to it. Hurt Business has been getting teased in recent weeks so will be good to see him being a regular on Raw again. |

Would be interesting to see how much WWE changes under different ownership - could actually get me watching regularly again, at least initially.

Would assume BT lose the rights as soon as possible.
Would be more worried about them scraping The Network and putting every Premium Event on Box Office.

Doubt they’d lose their OTT option. I think it’s more likely they’d eventually move back to Sky in some fashion. Or on demand elements from the network could end up on Peacock.

Yeah went to BT a couple years ago. Was the reason NXTUK lasted as long as it did during covid because BT insisted on it being filmed at the BT Studio.
