He couldn't really have expected him to comment on an ongoing investigation?

Hopefully Page's injury isn't too serious.

Aye, looked like a nasty fall.
Not every clothesline needs to be sold in an 'inside-out' manner; wish some wrestlers (AEW guys especially) would show some restraint with things like this,

Sounds like it was a concussion and he's been discharged but still under AEW's concussion protocols. After the bad press they got with Matt Hardy they'll be taking this one at lot more seriously.

Well look at Cole. Been out for months now.

Gallows and Anderson are shockingly boring wrestlers. The only thing Enzo did that was worth a dime I. WWE was compare Karl Anderson to Times New Roman on account of them being so generic.

Hopefully Page's injury isn't too serious. For a minute ai thought we were talking about Saraya there. She definitely shouldn’t be taking inside-out clotheslines.

I honestly don't see her lasting long.
I will laugh if they do end up having Theory cash in to become the NXT champ after all this. Bron is likely coming to the main roster soon.

Sounding more likely Punk is done in AEW with them choosing to buyout the rest of his contract.

Publicly spouts shite about his co-workers at work, throws punches when his bosses and HR come to talk, then gets a big payout.

He's a total toxic cunt. Really hope HHH doesn't have him. Most of his AEW matches were botch filled and he seemed very injury prone. Another terrible investment by Tony Khan.

Sounds like the possible stumbling block is Tony trying to force a non WWE compete into the agreement. Must be terrified of Punk doing a promo on him and AEW.

So Tony, you gave a shot load of money on a washed up and spent former wrestler whose best days were long behind him, and made the back a nightmare for everyone else just to cash in on his brand. Was it worth it?
As for Punk, guess he can set up his own podcast or YouTube channel now, as that’s about the only bridge he hasn’t burned down.

Him and Fish can have a feud on Impact.
Speaking of which... that silence
And Grace needs to cool it with the steroids. Her voice is starting to go full man. Reminding me of Chyna now days.

Nowadays Chyna is very good at silence.
Sorry that was mean.

AEW ratings got a quick bump with the Punk arrival then settled down to back to where they were before he showed up. He had a couple of memorable feuds with Kingston and MJF but other than that he's been a botchy mess who gets a cheer out of the crowd.

I laughed how pretty much every other week they posted a graphic on twitter that simply said "we will hear from CM Punk" like they thought that would keep people interested.

Reports coming out now that when The Elite kicked down punks door they hit his dog, forcing him to have two teeth removed.
If that happened to my dog I'd throw the first punch too. Not sure how true it is but it seems legit as it gives a bit more context to the whole situation.
Probably be dismissed as everyone's eager to shit on Punk and blame the whole thing on him.

Weren't the early reports that Kenny protected the dog? Also Punk's camp first claimed the Bucks kicked the door in, then later backpedaled. I don't trust anything that dude says.

I think the first reports were that Kenny took the dog out of the way - would tie up with the recent reports if he saw it had been hurt.
I don't think he backpedaled on them forcing their way in; more that they didn't "kick the door down".

Also being reported that Punk didn't think there was anything wrong with what he said at the presser.
Other than being the company champ, sat in front of the world title and shoot burying Tony, the EVPs and also by association most of the roster. Perfectly normal thing for your champion to do.

Oh, I'd still put most of the blame on Punk, just don't think he's 100% responsible for this mess. Khan and The Young Bucks should have a look at themselves too, however unlikely.
Omega seems like the only one to come out of this looking decent.

The doors in the building are made of steel, they weren't kicking them down. If Punk's dog was hurt that would have been leaked to the press by Punk's side immediately along with all the other stuff they said at the time.

Another report says Jericho told punk he was a cancer in the locker room. And punk warned him to get away.
It could have all been avoided with a real boss and not a mark wanting to be friends with wrestlers.

My favourite part of all of this has just been watching Tony Khan's face during the interview and his various reactions to what Punk was saying.

He had plenty of chances to put an end to it.
Also I have to laugh at him teasing the return of Kenny and the Elite on Punks birthday.
