Tens of thousands raised on the Sara Lee GoFundMe already. Loads of regular small donations but a few four figure ones too. I’ve not seen his name on the lost but Chris Irvine is almost always the biggest donor to this kind of thing and he did work with her on Tough Enough. Its a shame she never made it to tv in NXT because she definitely had charisma in TE. Probably wasn’t the worker Mandy Rose or Chelsea Green were but she had good screen presence and everyone liked her. It's a shame that after all that build up they didn't use White Rabbit. But it was still very well done and a great pop.
Some wrestlers just have that connection with the fans and Wyatt is definitely one of them.

NPJW World (ie their streaming service) retweeted a tweet from the WWE main account announcing Gallows and Anderson's return. I could just be hopeful, but I assume companies don't just retweet a competitor's tweets like that unless they're friendly. |

When was it, last year? That WWE had announced (or that there were rumors) that they were going to have a partnership with NJPW, then soon after you had a Tony Khan "oh good luck with that!" comment. Which I imagine just meant that he cut them a larger check which disrupted the WWE deal. Now with AEW fumbling the Forbidden Door stuff, and the company seemingly imploding by the month, I could see NJPW going "we made a mistake, let's go with the original plan."
What gets me excited at the prospect is that they now have a women's division too, with Stardom joining up with the NJPW brand, so there could be a lot of intesting matchups there too.

Day 1 2023..WWE VS NJPW? If it was to happen (again I'm not sure it will) they could start it at Survivor Series(War Games).
Edit - forgot Anderson currently holds a NJPW title which is probably the main reason for them sharing the tweet.

Yeah don't think this is a sign of a partnership between AEW/WWE although I'd be interested in seeing where it would go.
Also, I thought Forbidden Door was a excellent PPV and the fumblings were more down to injuries fucking with the originally planned card. They sold out a big arena and did something like 120k ppv buys so doesn't seem much of a fumble to be fair - financially at least.

I was more interested in Gallows when he was Festus and that's saying something.
They add absolutely nothing to any promotion they're a part of.
Looks like HHH's era is just jobs for mates and his favourites mates - Styles/Good Brothers, Gargano/LeRae and Road Dogg getting promoted being early examples.
Hope AEW can sort their shit out as barring Zayn's current work HHHs 'era' isn't really lighting the blue touch paper for me.
If Wyatt plays the part of a cult leader as originally envisioned and leaves The Fiend behind all is forgiven though!
