I thought it was the other way around, but yeah.
I could see the developers wanting to create something that felt a bit new and Kenny demanding it feel like an N64 title. Which is exactly what I'd prefer tbh, but I could see that being grating for a company that just got out of a long contract of WWE dictating how to make a game.

I wouldn’t say it was a total squash but definitely looked like they went to the finish fast so maybe he was injured during the match.

To be fair there were a few good bits - Garcia stuff is great, Starks gave a fantastic emotional promo and the main event match was quality.
Glad Khan has tried nipping some of the issues in the bud too at the talent meeting.

Women's division really sucks in AEW - Britt is brilliant on the mic but the problem is I've not seen anyone who can hang with her, promo-wise. They've got some decent in-ring talents but they have little character or charisma. Jade could be great but she's still far too green.
Meltzer is reporting the Mox/Punk is still going to be the Main Event for All Out which is puzzling and intruiging - surely one of them will turn heel if this is the case.
I'd be estatic with either one turning heel, think it'd really freshen up the main event scene that's sorely lacking good heels since MJF vanised from TV - Punk is a much better as a heel and Mox has been a face for a long time now.
I mean, current main event faces are Punk, Bryan, Omega, Page and Mox. Jericho is the only semi-credible main event heel without MJF and even that's pushing it.

Not sure. Seen some saying she got injured during a match on Dark and a few saying its down to Britts backstage politics.
Why she's reduced to wrestling on Dark is beyond me unless Tony thought he would rather she sandbag on a show hardly anyone watches.

Depends on your sources to be honest - wrestling dirtsheets are notoriously shitty. I tend to stick to Fightful and PWInsider, both of who have dismissed the claims.

Fightful very hit and miss and caught out taking stuff from twitter accounts and claiming sources. But good at reporting releases.
Survivor Series already sold out in less than a day. Hope HHH actually makes it a big PPV again.

I really like Page - the guy needs to get back up the card pronto.
Great in the ring, passionate and believable on the mic and he's got the look to boot.
Ditch the Dark Order (eventually), bring back the bandit mask for the entrance and lean back into the beer swilling, cowboy shit character.

Plenty of AEW wrestlers regular appear for other promotions - PWG, GCW, Bloodsport etc. I think the key line here is "without approval". Unless you honestly think the AEW roster should be able to take any booking they want without asking TK first? |
