They couldn't have picked 3 better to do that segment. Owens has done more than enough over the last 6 months for a title run. It's also now been 5 years since he held a title. Their total commitment to the bit is so good. And I love that only Owens sees it. He definitely deserves another run. His reaction to Trips handing him his first is an all time classic moment for me. |

I guess maybe they thought the original Team Kick stuff was a bit Bayley-ish but then both turned at about the same time using similar heel gimmicks. She’d be a great fit for Impact right now. That they even signed Lumis was weird to me. A psycho stalker is an odd choice of gimmick to carry on in a “family company”. NWA would be best fit for him now if he can recapture some of his TNA form. |

My guess is they saw him as a perfect fit for NXT black and Gold as HHH said the original plan was to have a core group that wouldn't be moved to Raw or Smackdown.
Once that changed it got difficult for them. Still he got over really well consider he only spoke twice.
Harland is a surprise for me. They basically had the next Brock even making him go bald so people didn't compare the two. The guys a beast and I wouldn't be surprised if he does a Drew and comes back a star.

With Martha Hart in the crowd I thought that spot could be perceived in bad taste.
Amazing episode of Dynamite though, hot crowd and everything felt fun. Absolutely loved the MJF and Wardlow segment. AEW yet again showing how to build new stars and have long term interwoven story arcs.

I caught up with last week's rampage, Yuka and Riho are 2 of the best wrestlers on the planet and make most of AEW's women's roster look really poor in comparison.
