She’s shorter than they are but her frame is so broad and she’s so muscular you could easily sell her as a powerhouse. The Brian Cage effect basically. It worked for her in NXT and the Rumble.
Plus she’s so much better and more mobile than Jade you wouldn’t need to hide her behind a workhorse tag-partner.

I do love a powerhouse. For some reason I was watching Lex Luger chuck AJ Styles around in the ring, from TNA in 2003. Proper good bumps. Terrible match though..
Sadly the art of selling a proper powerhouse is thrown out the window, with this 'hybrid' wrestling. Brian Cage is bloody massive. Is he fuck getting beaten by Ricochet for example.

Luger's last WCW match was Nitro against Booker T, and the WCW Greed pay-per-view early 2001. Luger and Elizabeth had a domestic incident on April 19, 2003, and he was pulled over for a DUI on April 21.
-- Then Miss Elizabeth died on May 1, 2003. Six and a half months later, this TNA appearance was Luger's first television match in over 2 years, and it was also his last match ever.
-- He was still on probation, had another DUI on February 1, 2005, and then was in jail for about 3 months in 2005/2006 after attempting to fly to Canada without informing his parole officer in December 2005. He found religion in jail, and a few weeks after he was released, on April 23, 2006, felt the spirit and became a born-again Christian.
Going to watch some more old TNA ppvs now

Saw Hardys won the TNA tag titles with Jeff still doing stupid shit. Matt is looking in really good shape these days but obvs his back situation makes everything look so awkward.

My guess is Bloodline Wolfpac vs Black & White at Survivor Series will either write Solo’s team off tv for a bit or The Rock appears. Or both.
Reigns v Rock at Mania is going to be the ultimate end point whatever happens.
I’m not sure what the end point for Judgement Day is. My guess would be Finn turns on the others at some point and the team just falls apart and ends up being split across the brands. Priest and Rhea going their separate ways in their respective title chases.
I’ve rewatched the two Cody Reigns matches from WM40 this week and its still unreal how perfect transformation into The Final Boss was for The Rock. Every single gesture told a story and he never looked this engaged during the Cena feud a decade ago.
It is also still quite funny seeing the crowd deflate when Cody grabs a mic and they’re all obviously expecting a Dusty tribute and he calls Bruce Pritchard out from the back instead.

His promo against Samoa Joe always had me in stitches.
It's especially impressive when you consider the building was on fire and he had to make up a promo and deliver it on the spot whilst they got everyone out of the building safe!

So Lashley wanted to have a shoot fight with Kross last year to hype up the WM match which could have got them both fired.
He then wanted to do a feud with Gunther and have Gunther making racist comments towards him while making a Hitler gesture in return...
Some wrestlers don't need creative control. But I get the feeling we know what type of stuff he will be doing soon enough.
