Pity it can't pick up games from other PC services. Adding in GoG would completely have swung my stats over to RPG by including the many hours of BG3. store.steampowered.com/yearinreview/76561197960384164/2023Amazed that Company of Heroes 3 ranks so high on this. Found it quite disappointing. |

Though the fact that my steam account is also used by the kids kinda messes things up.
A few years back 99% of my gaming would have been through steam, but these days it's a mix of Epic games, GOG, Switch, etc... so it's no-longer a clear picture.
I think I played Life is Strange for about 11 hours, but I played Alice Madness Returns for about 18, and Fortnite was probably a few hundred.

Sessions is a bit of a weird metric... Give me hours played like everybody else FFS! D2 made me laugh when you consider that latest expansion launched in February.  |

While I have put a fair bit of time into The Old Republic this year, what that doesn't show is that about 275 of those 350 sessions were just me logging in for 2 minutes to collect my free daily stuff, then logging off and playing something else for several hours at a time.
I'd genuinely forgotten the whole 10 minutes I played Republique for before deciding it was complete horseshit.
I played Guild Wars 2 in January? That is... surprising to say the least, because as far as I know, I've never touched it?

I was going to share my Nintendo Switch one, but apparently it thinks I played 40 whole mins last year, which seems highly unlikely and also not very statistically significant.

Only 5 % of the games I did play were from 2023 apparently. No clue which ones...
Pillars 2 is leading the pack with 12 % of the playtime. Together with Inquisitor Martyr and Hired Gun that amounts to about a third of overall time.

Why did they go with sessions? I don't know how to interpret that into anything meaningful. Are they not able to break down hours played by year or something?

49% Flight Sim 2020 for me. Really looking forward to FS2024, hopefully some better VR performance in the airliners. Just find it very relaxing and rewarding when you have a smooth landing and turn everything off at the gate.
