Inspired by baihu1983 's Favourite Intros thread, which title screens have really stuck with you for one reason or another (usually the soundtrack, probably)?
For me, in no particular order, there are
Xenoblade 1 (the whole series, really, but 1 is iconic) Octopath 1 and 2 Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring
True story, I was playing one of those strip poker games with my brother and when the nice lady offered to bet her modesty, I had to go into the kitchen to ask my nan what a modesty was
Metroid Prime has to be up there. Couldn't help but feel I was starting something really special.
Super Metroid too.
RE4 and RE4R - I love the different title screens as you progress through it.
Ah yeah, the first Prime was great.
FFVII still gives me a tingle when it's time for my playthrough every 5 years or so. Might be coming up soon.
I wanted to say Viewtiful Joe, which was great from the minute you put the disc into the Gamecube but I had a watch just now and the actual title screen is relatively bland.
God of War's way of segueing it straight into the game was a thing of beauty.

Many of them would be Commodore 64 games. Back then they typically looked better than the game. My pick of the bunch is Nightbreed, which coupled with the Poltergeist esque loading sounds from the tape, was deliciously creepy as a kid.
Sonic 1 and 2, Goldenaxe and Revenge of Shinobi from the Megadrive games surely have to be up there. Bonus points for the ‘Segaaaa!’ as the cart loads up.
All the Halos. Remember in particular 3 if you left it long enough had an absolutely beautiful piano piece that was genuinely a little bit emotional.
The original COD Modern Warfare (ie COD 4). Again as much about the music there. If that counts.
Maybe it's just because I'm playing it at the moment (in Remastered form), but love Quake's titles. The sounds as you navigate are etched into my mind. The demo playing in the background shows you all the carnage you are about to cause and the combination of that and the music gets me really pumped to play.

Agreed on Ocarina of Time and Jet Set Radio (Future?)
Prince of Persia - Sands of Time had the awesome thing where the title screen blended seamlessly into starting the game. (see the first few seconds of this video)
I'm sure there were some other ones that did that, but I can't remember off the top of my head. Some side scroller like Inside or Deadlight maybe?
Half-Life 2 (and I think the first Half-Life as well?), where the title screen was an atmospheric shot of the area you were currently in in the game, with ambient sound effects. And the sound it made as you moved your cursor over the options was terrific. It even had a bit of an echo if you were in, say, a cave or a sewer or whatever.
I'm very fond of the Resident Evil title menus. They manage to invoke a sense of fear before you even begin the game. The voiceover slowly and loudly saying "RESIDENT EVIL" is seared into my brain and I expect it with every new release.
