They used to automatically embed but for some reason don’t now. Don’t know if something changed here or there. Could well be Elon messing things up. But it’s curious.

The one I posted in the UK politics thread seems to work. Seem to remember it being an issue if not logged into Twitter or something?

The Tweet that's in the Premier League thread was deleted so that's why it doesn't work. I thought it may have been because it was x.com so changed it to Twitter and then realised it didn't matter what it was because it's gone.

I imagine at some point the Proboard software will be updated to embed x.com links. Probably not a huge priority though.

There are probably a lot of sites around the web that have various things set up for twitter.com which aren't going to work for x.com

There are probably a lot of sites around the web that have various things set up for twitter.com which aren't going to work for x.com I did a bit of work on a brand recently that had an X in its name and there were all sorts of problems with how strongly associated it is with porn and the various filters and such that took issue with it. |

Yeah, I remember installing a child-safe-filter extension for firefox a few years back, but every time the url had xx in it it got blocked, and quite a lot of urls have random strings embedded in them - which turn out to feature xx more than you'd expect.
So it kept blocking random stuff all over.
I can see the same happening for x.com. Such a shame.
