Cheers chaps. The years since I last played that, or any multiplayer fps, was embarrassingly obvious.
I'm not sure my eventual arrival back on side did you any favours either!
Might need to get some practice in, still a few months left to improve.

Had a couple of games last night. Couldn't find my headset, funnily enough I've just noticed it's by my pc this morning. Getting blind in my old age!
I had severe lag and it was just unplayable. May have been my power supply routed ethernet, so will try wireless next time. I was also really tired - last week of term and we have a residential first week back so it's been manic at school. Easter hols next week so I'll be rested and up for some more practice!!

Thanks for the games, the highlight for me was definitely reversing over Triarii in the tank, you know you've played BC2 with someone too much when you can recognise them as a red blip on a mini map...

Any games happening this week? I had a couple of games last night on my lonesome. The lag was still horrendous - I've tried wired (albeit through an electrical pass through) and 5g wireless, with no luck. May be my NAT settings...will check what they are. I had a go at BF2042 and it was fine, although I did get disconnected once. I did manage to unlock the XM8 for Assault, which helped a little. |
