The commentary Bellingham love in is already turning my stomach… “A pass that draws a gasp” 🤮🤮🤮 It was a fucking back pass What's wrong with celebrating our players that are talented as fuck? He's been everywhere this match, he's bloody great.

Clem does the Ecosse shtick of "look at me" every tournament. Best to ignore.

Well, this has been pretty good.
Bellingham and Saka are absolute ballers. Love how direct they've been. Get the ball, turn and run. It's so fun to watch.

When Kane comes on I'm sure he'll do something.

When Kane comes on I'm sure he'll do something. Honestly, I did have to do a double take to see if he was actually on the pitch.

Decent half though, Bellingham is a superstar. Saka causing troubles and Foden neat and tidy. Trent has played some nice passes but a bit too casual occasionally.
Walker should have pulled back for Foden for the 2nd that would be a lot more comfortable. But Geuhi looking great in defence.

When Kane comes on I'm sure he'll do something. He's been fine. He's kept out the way and made space for the rest of the attack which is better than him dropping into Bellingham and Trent's toes. At some point the ball will break to him and we should judge him on what happens then.

He's been everywhere this match, he's bloody great. He is great. However going over the top and making out a back pass is a work of art is pathetic. I understand media bias, but come on it was a back pass… I’ll sandwich this with Bellingham is great.

It was a 40 yard volley hit on a six-pence that drew a gasp from the crowd. it was brilliant, clem.

I'll always defend Kane as a Spurs fan, but the guy cannot win. When he comes deep he gets criticised and when he stays around the box waiting for service he gets it in the neck.
He is not getting service, also twice Foden has taken a run overlapping him and got in the way (not that either of them got the ball mind). I don't think we can make Foden and Bellingham work together, Foden seems directionless whilst Bellingham is fucking bossing it. Saka had been very busy, I think he's great, just wish he'd learn to put the ball where Kane can fucking leather it.

When Kane comes on I'm sure he'll do something. He hasn’t really had the service to be fair, but he also doesn’t really need to drop back because Jude and Trent are there being creative/pulling the strings.

Aye, Foden is not on the same wavelength as his team mates so far.
Gordon might be a better fit in his position

It was nice, but probably a bit much made of it. No big deal.
Been good so far but we have a mistake in us so we definitely need another.

I do wonder if Kane has pissed someone off. Not even a short pass into his feet when there was a chance. I'm sure he will make that point at half time.
Serbia are dangerous so hoping they get a goal just to make the game a bit more entertaining. An early goal from England usually makes it a bit dull for the rest of the match.

Serbia look pretty dangerous when they get into the final third but I think Guehi's been good too.
Really I'm happy with everyone except Foden, who just looks like he's standing in the wrong place and making the wrong runs.
Not sure we will get away with Trent in midfield against the bigger boys but Southgate deserves credit for this selection.

Yeah, it feels a bit of a “I’ll consider relaxing when we’ve scored 3” type match

Ref got in the way but Foden again there ran inside into central channel pulling the defenders across with him, rather than go outside and create space.
