Its crazy that France have scored as many goals from open play as Scotland in this tournament.
Spain though. They’ve beaten Croatia, Italy, Germany and France (plus Albania and Georgia) with England or Netherlands to come. That is a monster run to the final.
It’d be unreal for England to win but Spain really feel like the final boss way of doing it. If Southgate can beat the Dutch tomorrow.

I think Netherlands will probably play into England’s hands more than most teams they’ve faced so far. The Dutch have attacked in every game and that’s going to open up space for Saka to get into and free Kane up to stick one on VVD.
Then its just a case of taking on the 2017/18 Newcastle Utd forward line of Ayoze Perez, Joselu and Mikel Merino.

It will be interesting to see how we fare against a team that actually attacks us as most have sat back. Might even be in for an exciting game.
I saw Merse said he'll be shocked if we don't win tonight. So that's probably us out.

Yeah, 96 was great. An actual team that could actually play together and make attacking moves involving more than one player.
(well, for half a match at a time at least. Not sure they ever managed an entire match).
