Andor and The MandalorianI think I'm done with Star Wars for the forseeable future. I've not enjoyed anything since TLJ. Oh, and I lasted about three episodes of Peaky Blinders before dumping it. God knows what people see in that show - dull as fuck. Possibly the worst post ever.

Peaky blinders starts off really well but utterly disappears up its own arse towards the end. I gave up on the season before last as it was so bad.

Finally finished S1 of The Mandalorian 9 months after starting it and just can't be arsed continuing, especially after some of the S3 feedback. Andor was a struggle to get through so I doubt I'll bother with S2, and I've got absolutely no enthusiasm for anything else SW related. I'd say they've killed their golden goose, but will doubtlessly still make serious bank regardless of what they're putting out...

Me and the wife stuck with it right up until the last series but after watching the first ep of it we realsied that we hated absolutely everyone in it and binned it off. The first two series were actually pretty good in comparison to the rest but even then they were a struggle to get in to. Such a dour programme.

Peaky Blinders fucked it not ending the season early enough. When they brought Tom Hardy back from the dead just becuse it's Tom Hardy and he can do his little voice I should have quit but stuck it out.

Agree Peaky Blinders should’ve ended much sooner than it did. The end of the third series would’ve been a good place to leave it. It jumps shark after shark for me after that.

You can pretty much skip the first season. 2nd season onwards, it is excellent though. It's similar but different. It becomes much more like Parks and Rec etc than a mockumentary (albeit still elements of that), especially the characters. Michael Scott is so much more likeable than David Brent. I was with you until the more likeable bit. Michael is infuriating. It's very funny, but he's a terrible person. I love the British version too but the US one is with persevering with for sure.

Well, I say like, more pity. I feel sorry for him. He's a dick who makes questionable choices but ultimately seems a decent guy. Whereas Brent is just a dick.
Edit: I should add I am only 4/5 seasons in so he may ruin that

God knows what people see in that show - dull as fuck. I have seen the Mandalorian, but I'm not in any great rush to watch the third season. I fell asleep during the first episode of Andor. I might get around to it at some point. We gave up on Peaky Blinders after series two. I just genuinely didn't care what happened to any of them. My big one is Game of Thrones. I watched the first series but I just can't be bothered with anything more than that. I don't know why I even watched that really, because the books are aimless randomly-plotted toss, too. Subverting tropes, my fucking arse. At least the series guys managed an ending, which clearly more of a clue than Martin has.
