I tend to be ending most battles with A or B ranking with the odd S coming up.

Yeah come up across those including one that turns out into a parry mini game.
Think I'm on level 7.
My only real issue would be no sprint.

Nice to see they mix up the boss battle however the last one made me realise I need to work on my timing when blocking as i tended to miss the one after a dodge .
Died once so no score :/

Wow, you two are blazing through this. I completed the second stage yesterday. 😅
I don’t think I’ve even unlocked blocking yet. I don’t know if I have slow old man hands or if my TV has too much input lag, but I’m having a rough time timing the last circles meet prompt. The actual pressing X or Y to the beat is no problem, it’s the combo enders I’m missing like half the time.

Seeing a lot of comments saying wearing headphones helps massively.
Might give it a try as it's definitely helped with other games.

Every game is better with headphones to be honest, if you have decent ones anyway.
Currently on Mimosas level, guessing I'm a bit over half way from one of the conversations but that assumes each bit is the same length.

God that trailer makes me want to punch that kid in the face. Repeatedly. Given that he's named after a drink, he probably got punched in the face repeatedly at school already, but it hasn't made him any less annoying. Still, Black Keys is enough to almost save the trailer. Plus I'm glad someone brought back the Witcher 1 combat system.  |

Very much a Dreamcast/Xbox Game.
Hopefully we get a sequel or DLC.
Would love for them to try and allow custom music like Def Jam Icon did. Worked really well in that game.

Yeah it's crazy that they managed to keep a AAA game quiet until the day before release. Its been a great surprise and a lovely game to play through.

The thing is it "leaked" the day before but the artwork that went with it is nothing like this game. It was a generic arena shooter that was also coming to mobile.
Almost like they purposely tricked everyone.

Finished it up just now, easily one of the best things I've played in ages, solid 9.25/10 for me.
Really hope they get to carry on making creative games like this.

I honestly don't remember, the game is around 10-12 hours I reckon. 10-12 is a good length. Shorter can often feel disappointing and longer can just start to get really painful and you just want it to finish. |

I’m only 4 levels into it because I’m taking my time with it, but I’m going to go ahead and say this is my favorite current gen game alongside Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart and Astro’s Playroom. It’s just a joy to play.
