I guess Stalker 2 is worth the mention, but from what I have seen it looks too much like they are just trying to do all those memorable moments from Shadow of Chernobyl again. I'm just afraid that it will be too derivative. Too cowardly to evolve or improve. Still, who knows...

The Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters are coming to PS4 and Switch in March, but I'd rather buy the Dragon Quest 3 HD 2D Remaster, if it's out this year.

The plan is to buy nothing and finish the many games that are incomplete. I will probably extend my ps plus extra sun too, as there is a load of stuff to play on there.

I'm actually very interested in getting the pixel remasters of Final Fantasy 1-6 for the Switch.
Yes, I can get those now on PC but I think those games would suit the Switch really well.

Yeah, I think I’ll be getting them for Switch also. I was thinking about maybe getting them for PS5, (4 really, it’s not a native 5 title), but I think having it on a handheld to play while lying in bed feels right for these.

Five months into the year, with updates in bold. Kind of disappointed thus far, not gonna lie; however, I'm hoping for some noteworthy announcements next month, courtesy of Keighleyfest etc.

I was after Redfall but you know how that turned out
The only things I can think of are Silksong and the Alone in the Dark game that I only found out about very recently. Nothing else in my release schedule

Most of the games I mentioned haven't been released yet. Only ones are:
Hogwarts - ended up deciding to skip this due to Rowling and her TERFy ways. I don't begrudge people buying it, but if I can't even not buy a game then I can't really say I support trans people on the issue.
Company of Heroes 3 - Turned out ok. I enjoyed the Italian campaign enough, although it was clearly flawed. Didn't end up playing any multiplayer and not got a huge urge to go back.
Tears of the Kingdom - Fantastic game. Everything that BotW was and more. Can see myself playing this one for a long, long time still.
That's it so far from my list, although also currently enjoying Star Trek Resurgence, and looking forward to Street Fighter 6 later this week and Diablo IV next week. FFVI soon after, along with Balder's Gate 3 not too far away too.
I did say I was possibly getting a GPU. I was considering an AMD at the time of writing, but likely will stick with Nvidia. The 7900XTX was tempting, but at almost a grand (possibly over), it not being able to do ray tracing seems like a compromise you shouldn't be making. The 4080 is still too expensive though and I'm seriously considering just going all in and getting a 4090.
