Couldn't find a thread for this on here, so apologies if it's another duplicate! I have, at various times, been a "whale" for the Hearthstone devs. I never played enough to justify the cash I sank into it, but totally let myself get sucked (steady!) in by the card opening and deck building. It also arrived at a time of great change in my life, and I did sort of lean on it for normalcy. Anyway, bullshit justification for spending hundreds of pounds on pretend cards aside... I'm a lapsed Hearthstoner. Imagine my delight, then, when Blizzard dropped a treat into my inbox: 75 Standard Packs, and 75 Whatever The Current Expansion Du Jour Is Packs for my delectation. The thrill of opening that many packs is long behind me, but a few interesting cards have popped and started my deckbuilding brain churning on possibilities. So I think I might dive in for a bit and make this my chill game. Anyone else still playing this? Should we construct a leaderboard of sadness to see who pumped the most cash into this bullshit? Oh, and check your junk (steady!) in case Blizzard have blessed you in a similar fashion.

Hearthstone gave way to Gwent, which gave way to nothing, but I do play Horus Heresy: Legions a little bit.

I’m also on the Marvel Snap wagon, but I could be lured back into Hearthstone in a low level sort of way. I never liked advancing past a certain level, and preferred building my own decks that weren’t optimised for consistent wins but could get absolutely crazy combos if I got a bit lucky

What was the name of the deck where it forced your opponent to keep drawing cards so much that they eventually had to discard them? I hated playing against those.
