New data mine has revealed the High Evolutionary, a 4-7 that unlocks abilities in no-ability cards like Cyclops and Misty Knight. To be honest I really like the sounds of it, I'm fond of those cards as I mostly use Patriot. Nebula and Howard the Duck details also revealed I have 4500 tokens remaining and I'm not buying another thing till high evolutionary drops in the shop. This is probably the most interesting card there has been so far and I want in ASAP. I have all the non-effect cards already. Surely activating the hidden powers of cards will break the patriot buff and it happens at the start of the game ala Thanos and his stones Hulk: Ongoing: +2 power for each turn you ended with unspent energy Wow! |

I would assume it negates a patriot buff but the on reveal and on going abilities would then coincide with relevant cards.

Could be a lot of fun, but then my Patriot deck is one of my most reliable (with Mystique and Ultron often coming into play, if not Blue Marvel and Onslaught - the rest having no abilities, except Brood and Mister Sinister). Could be good in place of Mystique and mix up the options.
Just unlocked Sauron in a Reserve, but not really seeing much synergy with my other play styles.

Just taken Aero out of all my decks. The card has gone from indispensable to entirely random - I’m fucked off with missing the card I want and getting the minnow. So I guess mission accomplished for the devs? Pisser.

So I guess mission accomplished for the devs? Pisser. Still has uses and if anything people will forget about her so will have more of a suprise element. My hunch is they will change it again. The nerf seems a bit heavy handed. I still stand by making her a 5-0 and just let her have the ability. The she hulk one annoys me. 6-10 was fair, yes you can get her down to a 0-10 potentially but that's not without missing out on plays earlier on to get it to that stage. |

I've been playing this on and off and following along in the background - now I've started to build up a bit more of a collection it's starting to sink a few teeth in. After years of killing time on the bog playing Hearthstone this definitely feels less of a time sink to stay relatively competitive (in a good way). Just managed to make it to rank 40 (well 45 now I suppose!) for the first time. See if I can push on to 50 now (just opened a Wong which might help!)

The suggestion I heard before the nerf was have it work the same, but it moves cards in the order that they are played (it was random before), so you would have at least the possibility of playing around it. |

The date makes sense then! I pulled Steampunk Falcon yesterday. I would have preferred Shocker, but it's better than nothing. I've thrown him in my mission deck to accumulate boosters while I try and do win 20 locations with >=20 power |

I have a title and both Bishop and Shocker ones. Once I have the Cerebro one I'm good. Wish I knew that it was out in May, I skipped on DarkHawk earlier this morning. I reckon I can easily get back to 6k by then with the reserves throwing large stacks out |

Something to consider is the token bundle coming in April. Think it's about 5k in gold but you get 4.5k in tokens.
If variants arnt your bag probably not many better ways to spend your gold if you have it.

I am stuck fast on level 45 from a week ago. I assume it's a skill deficiency on my part as I think I have some decent cards now...
On a better note just opened a Shuri and a steampunk Yellowjacket! That's a couple of the steampunk variants now as also got Falcon.

I'm up to 75 at the moment, had a great run with my Patriot and Jubilee decks when the base which lowers all cards cost by 1 (can't remember the name) was featured. Still my most played decks too unless I am chasing a specific mission.
I've had Knull pinned for ages, but thinking I might try and wait for a pool 5 card, and Kitty Pryde looks like she would fit my two most used decks really well. I have 5100 CT, and just over 2000 gold so not far off 6000. Knull has done me a few times, but then I got a bit bored of my Destroy deck after using it a bit too much.

I think even just Angela and a bit of support from Bishop could make her worthwhile. Bounce decks are really fun but they don't seem to interact entirely how you might expect with Kitty (you can't energy cheat with Beast). |

Well I think I can safely say I have just seen by far the most powered up final play from an opponent.
Onslaught's Citadel on the left. I'm thinking this could go well as I have my Patriot deck in play, but for me, the cards didn't land and Patriot was nowhere to be seen. For the opponent however...
Psylocke let's them play Wong early. Next comes Forge. Then Shuri. So, I am expecting a big final play and whilst I fully expect to loose, I sacrifice 4 cubes to find out.
Out comes Odin, Shiri acting on him 4 times to give him 128 power. Not bad at all. But.
He has also played Yellowjacket in the middle. +2 power 4 times from Forge being reactivated, then Shiri does her x2 4 times, and then it all happens again, and again, and again. End result is Yellowjacket buffed up to 690,304!

...and on the other had, I chose Quinjet as my free card because I thought it made all the cards in my *deck* cheaper. I didn't understand that it only work on cards that *weren't* in my deck.
