I know Arsenal are a long way from where they were and have been for ages but the decline since Wenger left is pretty spectacular. And so much money spent in all the wrong places.

The club is rotten from the top. KSE show absolutely no interest whatsoever, the board has next to no football experience or expertise which is why you get so many poor decisions. It started when Wenger was there and he covered a lot of it. Edu belatedly seems to have woken up to the fact that chucking money at ageing players owned by your mate is not the way forward but it's more wasted cash and time.
In terms of this game, we are playing with only 1 first choice defender and our best CK out. But even with that, the defending is inexcusable. Basic errors by 2nd/3rd/4th choice players who aren't good enough. Same as Chelsea, they've barely had to try.

Yeah I did, it's like the parallel downfall story to the club's, except I saw league 1 Wigan offered him a way back in. Hard to see anything arresting the club's descent. (Wilshere).
