Oh yeah, it's two, forgot that one! But it generally isn't working out well so far

You’re only two points behind Man Utd Quad.. Although that in itself could be deemed as embarrassing these days

Brighton just went from a borderline unmissable 4 on 1 counter to conceding in five seconds.

Oh my Brighton. 2-1, 92nd minute, ball breaks and they have 4 on 1 in attack. And they give it away and Wolves go and score the equalizer. Brutal.
Great to see Ferguson score again though

Listening to 5 Live on the way home, some great scorelines today, the Brentford v Ipswich game should be on first tonight.

I’d be interested to see how many games city win by one goal in a season, seems like they do it every week, yet the media wax lyrical about the amazing football they play all the time. I don’t watch them but surely if they were that good they would beat teams comfortably more…

They've got injuries, but are winning games. Hard to criticise them for that tbh.

At this rate United will be chasing Welbeck in January

Does Arteta have shares in Big Tinfoil or something? He’s sure established a culture to boost sales in North London over the last few years.

Haha, to be fair that Reddit sub isn't healthy but can be quite funny as a result.
I do get the fact that where Lalana was attempting to take the free kick was in a different place but so was Veltman.
I'll be over it if we win the title this season, or to put it another way, I'm never getting over it.

What was he booked for? Deliberately trying to get another player booked or something? Weird.

I’m guessing its for kicking the ball at Foden with his second attempt to take the free kick. Or that the ref hadn’t blown that he was ok to take the first one and he has three goes when the ref is saying ‘hold it there mate’ so gets it for that.
It feels like its either unreasonably letter of the law-y, incredibly soft or both.
Unless he’d been told off previously in the game for not following the ref’s instructions and this was his final strike.
Its hard to tell from a ten second clip with no audio.

If you stand your ground or walk away refs *generally* won't yellow card you. If you actively try to block it they will. Same goes for the free kick taker, refs don't tend to like players trying to get other players booked for stuff like this.

Foden sprints over as soon as the whistle goes for the sole purpose of preventing a quick restart, which isn't unusual in itself, but he's not just standing his ground.
Of course it's a minor moment in a match and no one should really give a shit. But that's the whole problem. PGMOL arbitrarily made this a hot topic for by suddenly insisting that there's no scope for common sense.

Four of yesterday’s five games had a result changing goal in the 93rd minute or later. That must surely be a record.

It's crazy how often goals are scored with moves where the players are marginally on or offside. Such fine margins.

There goes another 3 months for Martinez. Looked like he got studs pretty bad in his ankle.
Nevermind, on his feet thank god.
Decent first half overall. Should’ve had at least 1 goal even aside from Dalot’s shocker.

Bad finishing is just as bad as bad defending. We have a huge problem again.
On the plus side we are no longer turgid to watch, just a farce

That's about the best line up we could have hoped for. Odegaard and Saliba huge misses but having even a fucked Saka in for Sterling and Timber back are positives. Hope they're actually fit.

I’m not watching the spurs game but taking off Maddison, Kulusevski and Moore when chasing the game is an odd one. Sure Ange knows what he’s doing….

If you don't count this game or the Spurs game, United are really hard to beat.
