What's wrong with coriander

Tastes of soap to me. It's genetic. One more reason I don't like my mum very much.

One of Mrs Mercury's 'curry's', one she 'threw together', I know how they turn out, not one she'll want to eat a second portion of herself the next day but apparently I should be grateful. I may have the constitution of an Ox and I'll eat it whatever because food is food and I will eat something rather than see it go to waste but I do still actually appreciate good quality food.

I'm not so keen on coriander, it's fine in food generally but when it's a prominent ingredient that's not so good.

Fresh coriander can fuck off. Leafy bleach. I also made a curry using a paste. It was ok but not as good as a Rafi curry. (I am lazy and their base is just amazing).

Is she a coriander plant? She'll get a similar level of care when the time comes.

Have you tried letting it age for five days?

Actually turned out ok, just bland as hell is all and a waste of a good steak.

Planning to try making ceviche... always love having it when out, and it seems simple enough.
Will I die if I use sea bass from the supermarket?

Sausage, mash, peas and onion gravy.
Starting to feel the need for autumnal food.

Takeaway pizza as I wanted comfort food to get me over the covid hump.
Did just now find out that covid has absolutely ruined the smell and taste of garlic mayo and I assume everything else garlic related. I'm going to be fucking distraught if it's a permanent thing. I can't even describe what the smell is. Very chemical-y.

Garlic, coffee and meat tasted rank for about a month after I lost taste and smell. Took nearly 2 years for onions to taste normal again.

Garlic being weird is i think the first odd experience i've had with it so far.
Pleased I didn't go for garlic bread in the end. That would have gone straight in the bin.

Garlic and onions tasted like the musty smell of a canvas tent. Meat and coffee tasted like it was rotting.

Kung pao king prawns photos.app.goo.gl/Hy2ECowYrZJUE1n88Diced prawns marinated in soy sauce and Shaoxing wine, stir-fried in oil bloomed with dried chillies and Szechuan peppers. Sauce was black vinegar, soy and Shaoxing with cornstarch to thicken; garlic, ginger, spring onions, cashews and red pepper thrown in at the end. Served over steamed white rice. Reader, this is probably the most complex, subtle and delicious Chinese dish I've ever made and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish.

West Indian style Sunday dinner. Spicy roast chicken, rice and peas, mac and cheese and coleslaw. I'm still stuffed.

I just ate a whole stack of roast potatoes floating in gravy.
There may have been Yorkshire puddings too.
I feel wonderful !

Ha! I should have done that. Or Cubby's kebab shop job from a few posts up.
Missus is out watching that George clooney/Julia roberts rom-com travesty with friends. Which i am glad to be avoiding.
However, I had planned to take the lad out for a nice burger/pint for me at a local restaurant, until he decided to bin me to hang out with his mates instead.
I had baked beans on toast with some turkey to use up some leftovers in the fridge. It was fine, but I wanted that burger & beer.

www.rockrecipes.com/copycat-kfc-roast-chicken/This spice rub is amazing. Having it on a full roast tonight, and the msg is an absolute must. Going to do some carrots cooked in stock, thyme and lots of butter and I have a craving for yorkshire puds so going to do that as well. Probably some spuds and gravy too.
