Some chorizo, onion/garlic, pepper & prawn rice thingy done in the oven. I've started using these thin Tarczynski spicy kabanos, easier to chop, cook and eat.

Might opt for mushy peas, but I’d rather keep the side clear for buttered bread for the obligatory chip butty and a good side of tomato sauce.
Then tummy ache. But oh so worth it.
