Dinner porridge.
Although, saying that, I'm quite fond of breakfast porridge for dinner.

Yeah, when you’re talking pure msg there’s no chemical difference between natural and synthetic. The body cannot tell the difference. Pre-mixed shakers are a different story, and may have a bunch of other stuff in it, but it’s inherently nothing to do with msg. It’s the flavour enhancers, aromat etc. or chicken powder that destroy me. Whatever that combo is wreaks havoc but I could eat seaweed and Parmesan till the cows come home with no issues I just use the chinese salt and chilli tub of spices, all of which I like with the added bonus of a bit of msg. Its like the ultimate spice + herb + msg combo.

Simple but delicious dinner. Onigiri made with roast chicken then marinated in soy sauce, mirin, sake etc. and with seaweed flakes. Juicy Japanese goodness.

Rice crispie squares/triangles should be in the dessert thread.

What's in the garden week: leek wrapped in ham baked with cheese on top.

I'm just impressed that he's growing cheese, ham and leeks in the garden.

That one looks better than the last one.
I suspect the main difference between that and British cuisine is that if most Brits cooked that, they'd wrap it in breadcrumbs or batter, so you'd never see the inside until you cut it.

We'd normally wrap it in seaweed but decided to put some inside, definitely better wrapped.

To be fair to you, the ingredients lists and recipes you post normally do sound good.
