Every time this thread got bumped I felt momentarily sad for Elon that he'd never get a chance to go to Swindon, follow by being momentarily happy for Swindon that they'd never have to welcome Elon. It was a mini emotional rollercoaster ride in the space of a few seconds.
So I'm glad the thread title has changed.
*Replaces stars and stripes with Swindon flag*

I've seen him state that blocked users will now be able to view tweets which you know, defeats the whole point doesn't it?

I've seen him state that blocked users will now be able to view tweets which you know, defeats the whole point doesn't it? Eh, if they're still not able to actually interact with it (reply, report -does the artist formerly known as Twitter have a report function?- etc) then maybe it's whatever, they can just stew. Now, if the reverse was true and you could still be force-fed the tweets of someone you blocked, that's a different story

I hope its not the inverse, because it sounds entirely believable that he would have it so that anyone who has blocked him (like me) will still get fed his tweets

It's pretty much abandoning blocking as a block will be exactly the same as hitting mute.

The best part is that he's responding to a guy who's never even left his own fucking country but speaks with the level of authority that only a room level IQ paedo can do.

I was thinking they could test how...combustible...cybertrucks are, but I guess they don't need that much help given recent videos

Teslas have a habit of going up in flames without any provos being involved. Maybe they're involved in the design?

I saw a cybertruck in the flesh last night, it’s certainly striking. Wasn’t as big as I expected but that might have been due to the F150 Raptor right next to it

Twitter now throws an error and refuses to load if you open it in Firefox with Strict Mode tracking prevention enabled. Apparently twitter.com redirects to x.com now, but they only changed the TLD so images pulled from twimg subdomain are seen as coming from a third party and Firefox (correctly) blocks them in Strict Mode
Another Musk L

Shame that it's officially x.com now. I have to use it for work and I saw him asking a few times whether people preferred the name X or Twitter, and even all his weird nerds said "we still call it Twitter". I was expecting a back pedal on it to come soon
