Man, I've got fucked up teeth and I never got to enjoy any speed.
Fucking swizz.

I'm starting to suspect dib dabs was speed, that's why us British kids got such fucked up teeth.

You can get a decent habit going with cheap speed but yup really need to commit to meth if you want to capture that weight-shedding full blown addiction

Speed would just make me more jumpy and anxious right? Fuck that.

Speed was fun as a teen, but I can't imagine what a shit time I'd have now with anxiety and whatnot. I'd probably curl up in the foetal position for a few hours convinced I was dying... Now crack on the other hand...

I don't like sherbet or Belgian techno, either.
I was once told bad teeth are genetic*. I've always taken reasonable care of mine and they're still shit, so I blame my mum.
*I have no idea if this is actually the case.

Speed didn't fuck me up, was the decade of little sleep that did it.

Maybe it's time for a late developing smack addiction. As a bonus you get the heroin chic look too. There are literally no downsides.

He's not exactly svelte these days. Although I guess that's the point, you really need to commit to the daily diet of narcotics if you want to keep the weight off.

Yeah, but look at size of that plate.
Plus he likes the occasional beer, too.

Even though I'm getting fat I don't think I would be able to get through that plate.

I think that's an advert for the dangers of quitting smack.

One of his nicknames from Carl was "Pigman" iirc (it's referenced in some of the songs). Looks like he grew into it.

Go past the food section and into the men's underwear section, then take a left out of the fire doors and there should be someone waiting for you in the alley.

Picked up my prescription earlier and the youngish extremely cheerful cashier asked for my date of birth to confirm.
"Oh, happy birthday for a few weeks ago! Mine was the day before." *looks down at prescription slip* "I'm obviously not that old of course!"
Can I get some savlon and gauze for this burn too?... FML. At least it wasn't for Viagra.

I'm getting arthritis in my fingers, it's a bit of a pain if you'll pardon the pun. I've found Algesal is pretty good at relieving the symptoms.
On other related notes about getting old, I'm partying like its the 50's over here at Hermit Towers and have treated myself to an utterly hideous (in a good way, honest) Ronson "Queen Anne" petrol table lighter.

Ouch. That sounds painful. I was hit by sciatica a couple of months ago, but thankfully its cleared off.
Couple of nights ago I noticed weird lines across all my finger nails. A quick google suggested they are Beau Lines and the most likely reason for them is "I'm getting old". Seems a lot of stuff is that reason now, including why games make me motion sick more easily (thickening of the fluid in the inner ears apparently).

I had 3 years of sciatica start at 35, I sat down wrong and had 2 weeks of dodgy back trouble last month.

Herniated a disc end of 2020. Felt it in my sciatic, starting in my arse. Progressed down my leg to the top of my toe. By that time it felt like the entire nerve was being rubbed with a cheese grater. Literally couldn’t walk. Or sit. Or lie down. Drugs and physical therapy helped but I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Well, most anyone. Some cunts..
There’s about six months of my life I just don’t remember much of. Combination of four drugs, lots of alcohol and some street drugs, along with my brain just not engaging with the constant pain and misery
If it happened again I’m not sure I could endure all of that again
