Unfortunately my (day) job doesn't allow me to take it easy, it's pretty relentless especially when you get bulk deliveries/collections. Injuries are quite common.

You need to get that checked out, because if you have torn it and you keep working it hard, it's potentially going to fail on you. But if it's a strain or a micro tear, you can fix it with physio exercises. Frog

I'm not sure I could get a doctor's appointment even if I wanted to at the moment Dog, our surgery is completely fucked at the moment (as is seemingly everyone else's).

Well, if it's any help, I've never torn one properly but when I had micro tears, I struggled to lift my arm above shoulder height and apparently a full tear is much worse. Hopefully it gets better soon, mate.

Yup, have had impingement in both shoulders recently. Left one needed 2 cortisone injections to be vaguely useable after rest and physio didn't cut it. Right one seems to have healed with rest and the right exercises, but both are weak as piss. I can swim again though, so all good.

Why though? Even professional hairdressers don't cut their own hair. Bought myself some clippers and scissors during lockdown and just kind of surprised myself with how good a job I could do. But the results are variable. Defo need a proper haircut.

I was a bit suspicious, but they really worked.

I just did some back rolling/stretching stuff and had one of those extremely weird feeling but really satisfying massive pops in the spine. That’s been bugging me for a while.

Why though? Even professional hairdressers don't cut their own hair. Has anyone ever seen a professional male hairdresser with a decent haircut though?
90% of them seem to have buzz cuts or be bald.

The last barber I went to was one of the most handsome men I've ever seen in my life. I honestly felt slightly abashed at having this perfect specimen fuss over my schlubby self for half an hour. Got a neat haircut and beard trim though.

Best way to clean a fairly large block paved patio?
Used a K2 Karcher last year but it took fucking ages; I've been looking at the patio cleaning attachments but a lot of people don't think they're up to snuff.
My younger self is horrified at the above question.

My son was watching some YTer play a pressure washing game the other day. Set him to task on the real thing instead!

Just turned 39 recently. I’m feeling old today because I went looking for the EG forum (infrequent contributor and lurker under the handle “Azazel”) and found that another part of the “old internet” had changed when I wasn’t looking. Sigh. But was happy to learn this place had risen from the ashes! Hello there.
