When I bought GTA IV back in the day I was holidaying in (and touring) Scotland and bought it in person while up there.
Regularly meeting surly Scots seemed to for some reason increase my anticipation.

Honestly it's about being "first" with some people. I would definitely bet on a large percentage of that group being younger people with that Fortnite mindset of queuing for something like they'll experience something special by being the first people to see the trailer.

Not the hugest fan, but interested to see just how far they can push the technology/visuals.
It's not often (if hardly ever) a game has this sort of time and money thrown at it. Red Dead Redemption 2 being a perfect example, that game still looks incredible even on a potato OG Xbox One.

I'm impressed by the sheer number of NPC's on display here, they also seem to have massively improved the quality of their NPC's too. But fuck me, 2025.
For that long of a wait it seems quite ridiculous to release a trailer now.

Yeah surprised by 2025, but just doubled checked and GTA V was announced with a trailer nearly 2 years before release as well, yikes.
Visuals looks pretty incredible though, buckle up for 30fps, save for maybe PS5 Pro or PC, if that version even gets a release day and date.

It has airboats and at least some roads taking inspiration from the overseas highway, which are both things I find oddly cool so I guess I'm in after all.
