It's the new flappy birds, but free and wholesome and word related. Or so it is presented. I searched it on the Android store and the top hit looked very different to the screenshots on BBC and The Guardian so didn't d/l. Not flappy in gameplay terms. How does it represent repeated letters? If I am picking you up right it doesn't - it only lets you know the status of the letters you put in. If the word is ‘spoon’ and you guess ‘trope’ it will be black black green yellow black. It doesn’t tell you there could be another ‘o’ |

I got confused initially because I didn't read the instructions properly and had to change to high contrast to help with colour blindness. Got it in the end though.
That's more fun than Flappy Bird. Will play again. 7/10

Are these showing properly for anyone else on desktop? Not for me in Firefox (Mac), but I've got ublock origin and noscript involved there. Allowing scripts and disabling ublock didn't seem to change anything either. Looks fine in Chrome on my phone though. |
