That asymmetry on the Director, where there clearly should be something on the left in the mirrored position to the HELM… that has to me intentional. What will show up there in the near to distant future?

If they reintroduce Savathun's Song, I sure hope they don't rework it like they did Lake of Shadows and Arms Dealer.

At the end of the Cloudstriders quest, you get a message saying that there's some kinda artifact on Titan that could potentially be used against the Witness.

I'm pretty sure the Traveler and Witness are basicaly gonna kill each other off, anything else would be considered an anticlimax. Especially if it turns out that the Witness is merely the final boss of the Final Shape campaign, now that would be very much "that's it?". And I don't think Bungie wants to make raid bosses story-relevant anymore, given that only a small part of the players base plays them.

Apparently Bungie saw it fit to release an out-of-schedule update regarding upcoming future changes to the gameplay.

I do spy some interesting stuff in there. With some luck, it seems competing with your strike teammates for bounties might be a thing of the past soon. They are also making Vex Strikeforce a source of new exotics. And focused exotic could be useful too.

Of course, this is Bungie, so it's also a matter of seeing how exactly the monkey paw will screw us.

For one, I would like some way to spend enhancement prisms and ascendant shards without having to upgrade a random armor piece. If not that, at least let me reset ranks without claiming those rewards.

Oh, I can't even remember the last time I played IB.

I only very occasionally play standard crucible, but now that I'm gonna switch back to the laptop, I doubt I'll even try that - framerate really takes a beating in PvP if you don't have a halfway decent CPU.

It's kind of embarrassing for them IMO, given their past and pedigree with matchmaking. I don't think another team could make something this much of a mess unless they put dedicated effort into doing so.

Just can't be arsed with it this season and still need to hit 1800, which appeals about as much as having Dominic Raab as a boss.

I didn't find solo Spire too much of a pain in the arse to actually complete. The flawless however almost broke me. One mistake in the end boss room and you are just absolute toast.

I also may have jumped down into a death pit by accident at least twice.

Few GM's off rank 11 but it's never really been something I've chased considering it all goes away at the end of the season. An emblem or something token like that probably would have made it a more interesting chase.

I don't expect it to be *hard* per se, I just tried it once during last season when we had the solo operative mod and after 2 DPS phases on the harpy I got bored and turned the game off

Well, I did solo spire. Boring AF. Took like 7-8 phases on the harpy and 5 on the wyvern.

Would have shaved a lot off if we still had solo op.
