Just don't mention the MP lobby system being lacking to Dave or the UTTER STUPIDITY of the term "self-charging hybrid" to me and we're pretty regular people. Well as regular as anyone who plays too many video games. It charges the battery when you apply the brakes. Like F1 cars do (or used to). I don't see the problem.  something something menus |

Which Monza? with chicane or without? In the 80s spirit of the 1500s maybe without? Also maybe I should randomise which race occurs every week because I can't be arsed to Practice.  |

First one just means it's probably best to start at the back. How does grid position get decided in MP lobbies anyway? Does it take account of practice lap times? It seems to.

You're fine, the only things you can't reverse by creating a new settings sheet to go back to stock are engine upgrades like bore ups and polished ports, the 1500 can't have those done to it.

We may as well buy the racing transmission (after all the tires it's only a 20,000 or something) and it already has everything else. Well, it doesn't have the drifting handbrake but not sure that would be an advantage!
I had a go last night to see how the 10fuel/15tires plays out. On power you can barely get 2 laps, on lean with a lot of early upshifting you can get 4. 4 laps will deplete softs a lot, but then that could well have been my less than stellar driving. Rain would be interesting!
Unfortunately I don't think I can race tonight though.

Gave Monza a test in a custom race, wish I'd set it to the same car as I kept getting rammed by Tomahawks on the final straight. Changed RH tyres once in my two stops but I think one set would probably last the whole race.

Yeah I think the fuel is good like that. Could go for 5 stops and more flat out, or 4 with a 4-4-3-3 or 4-4-4-2. Add in some rain and it's all up for grabs.

I’m sure BrokenKey will be happy to perform lobby duties. Can we postpone the 1500 race until next week? But if not good luck all! And don’t forget to save replay and/or screenshot the result screen!

Fun races even when I've been awful, I really should use more cars rather than sticking with what I normally drive.
E-Type Jag in the Legends garage for 162K still seems really too cheap but I'm not complaining.
