A beard trimmer. My beautiful olive skin is very sensitive so everytime I shaved I'd end up with a horrendous rash. Tried all sorts of foams and oils, different razors and even fancy shaves at a barbers but nothing would help.
Got a beard trimmer and haven't had a rash since and just keep a sexy stubble look. It even has a built in vacuum so you aren't forever cleaning the the little hairs around the sink.

This just made my dinner 100 percent better than it would of been without it.
One of those electric pipe thingies that give you a lung busting toke can entirely be used with wood chips to smoke a piece of meat/cheese/whatever. Just get it smoking and fill a bowl upside down with the smoke over the plate of food and it's brilliant. You would of thought it came off the smoker.
Conversely, those electric smoker thingies that can be found in most kitchen sections at the shops make great electric pipe thingies that give you a lung busting toke.
Get 2.

A monitor light bar. Got one recently and it makes a massive difference. Can see everything lit up underneath the light obviously but massively reduces eye strain.
