Well that’s that, then. Presumably his wife and family will stand by him for an appropriate amount of time and then they’ll make “the painful decision to separate”.
He’s a regular church goer, but as most organised religions seem to have kiddy fiddling as a regular activity, looking at photos of a girl who was an adult for much of the time concerned won’t even flag up on their radar.
Give it a year or two and he and Phillip Schofield will buy a little cottage somewhere, Dunnoncin’ or somesuch, and we’ll never hear from him again.

I think The Sun’s lawyers may have some work to do. Hope he takes them to the cleaners like the Cliff Richard case My mum just wrote to me “I thought it was him what a sick arsehole”. I let her know we don’t even know what he did or didn’t do yet and that he was in hospital. I am not sure it registered. |

I’m curious, why was it obvious it was him? He hadn't appeared on the news since July 5th. He never appeared on the One Show - even though he was due to appear end of last week. Most high profile presenters either said they were not the subject or appeared on TV. It wasn't obvious at the beginning but, over time, it seemed logical. |
