I really need a) time to play with my 5x (just got a PS5 which hogged a lot of screen time) and b) plug socket in PC room needs repaired so more hassle to drag an extension up to get the firmware updated too ..
Maybe Boxing Day...

Struggling with a recent rad2x purchase. Works fine with my rgb n64 but only game I can get a picture out on 3 different super famicoms is super muscle bomber

I can’t even guess how only certain games would be compatible with a video cable. Try plugging it in to external USB power in case there’s something wrong with the PSU in your SFC? And make sure the right video mode is being selected based on the colour of the LED. Failing that I’d double check that it really is related to the cable by trying your other games with an original cable again

I remember Vampire Chronicles on DC was odd. If you used (I believe RGB) SCART with DC it zoomed in so too quarter of screen was full screen. Oddly, the easiest solution was an RF cable which it worked through... I seem to recall hearing some other Capcom DC games were odd too.
