/Look outside window to see glorious spring day
/Go outside to be met by 20mph winds as usual
Global winding in full effect. Fucking hate the wind, it's so in your face - literally.

Need to go to the chemist, which is about a 30min round trip, but it appears that I need an Ark to do so.

stixxuk that's how it starts every bloody day. You can almost guarantee it'll be pissing down with rain by lunchtime after a promising looking morning. FFS.

It's a tad windy in West London. Last gust felt like the roof might detach.

I'm 1 fence panel down already. Will be good if it stays at 1.

Was just wondering if I should brave the elements for my regular lunchtime walk. Looked out the window and the rain is going horizontally...
Think I'll just play some RE4 and put the heating back on...

Blessed with 1 day of nice sunshine then 6 of horrendous rain.

Weather certainly could have been better but at least the ten day forecast is showing rain every day. Not like we've just endured 7 months of basically winter (everything other than summer).

It’s my fault. Every time I think ‘I should go and sort the garden out’ it pisses it down. The grass is now nearly knee length.

How's everyone coping with the heat? Personally, I'm drinking ice cold squash out of a serving jug because it holds three times as much as any of my glasses.

Coping fine in this glorious weather by doing BBQ's, hammock and beer gardens. Long may it continue.

Barring last Saturday, when it was surprisingly blinding, I don’t think it’s even hit warm status yet here in Yorkshire, let alone hot.

Nice enough in the sun, but fed up of the wind down here. 20mph+ easterlies are cold as fuck. Rules out any paddle boarding too.

It's not normally this windy at this time of year is it? It's felt like October for all of May here on the coast.

Said the same last night when I nipped out at 9pm to put the covers back on the outside furniture. Very autumnal. Warmer this afternoon in the sun though.

One thing I like about the sunny weather (it's a bit breezy as well for me) is looking at how much electricity the country is generating with wind and solar www.gridwatch.templar.co.uk/ noice!
