To be fair, I have the same thing for lunch most days at work. It's just slightly more exciting than cubby's. I mixed things up today! I had mature cheddar this time and I've still got a head rush from the change. Take a few deep breaths and open the door of your mind to the world of infinite possibilities before you...

Lunch today was the local Asian buffet and the latest Fantastic Beasts film which, having followed the advice to watch the first two on Prime, we enjoyed immensely.

Leftover rack of lamb and hassleback potatoes with a butter, garlic, parsley, mustard and whiskey dressing washed down with a nice juice box. Was lovely last night, was alright for lunch.

Chutney.
Not for lunch. That was ham, cheese (really strong) and mayo on granary.

I went through a ham, cheddar and Coleman's sandwich phase a while back. Might need to start that up again.

Have you considered some yellow pickle or ham Piccalilli? I like piccalilli but I only buy about one jar a year. It's just too much flavour to be having all the time. About time I got this year's jar.

Vegemite... Horp!
Crumpets with lashings of butter and marmite are lovely.

A Tuna salad. Not a sandwich, just a bowl of mixed leaves, carrot, sweetcorn, peppers and tuna, mixed up with mayo.

Yeah, that needs some cheese and that subway sauce I used to like, put it in the popty ping for 15 seconds and that'd be nice.
